This was an opportunity to shed its skin and look to the future, rebranding from Paywizard to Singula Decisions. A more relevant name has provided a substantial anchor to support the new brand story. But it’s not all new, new, new. The experience and knowledge of the team over the past 20 years, working with subscription TV services such as RacingTV, ITV, Sky has given Singula Decisions a significant differentiator. They know subscribers. And they know subscription businesses. This is baked into everything they do and had to be a major factor in the brand story. Our challenge was to shape and create a new brand story and visually bring it to life, with maximum resonance.
In a world where data is the core of every message, for virtually every tech business, we needed to set Singula Decisions apart from the crowd and give them a distinctive look and feel that is relevant and memorable. We shaped a brand strategy and identity that focused on the ‘continuous nature of insight’ and how Singula Subscriber Intelligence reveals subscribers in real-time. The website is the primary brand asset and canvas to deliver the brand story. We also created templated Microsoft Office tools to ensure the brand look and feel is readily supported by the entire Singula Decisions team.
The initial phase of the brand has been well received with clients, prospects and the internal team. We continue to develop assets, deepen the messaging documentation and deliver tools to help the sales team in their efforts.
