Revolutionising Ecosystem Restoration
As a leader in live video shopping, Go Instore has been a vital part of many ‘lockdown’ pivots as retailers and e-commerce businesses have been forced to find new ways to engage and sell to their customers.
Working with brands such as M&S and Galerie Layfayette, they have bought the store into the home via video, making it easier for consumers to get a real sense of products from the comfort of their own homes.
With a constant stream of new competitors entering the market, it was time for Go Instore to do a much-needed web update to tell their expanding story.
The marketing team were frustrated with their existing site as it was challenging to update themselves, and they were in a service contract with their previous agency, so it took time to make updates. It was essential that we created a site and gave them total ownership of their day-to-day updates and new page creation.
The Go Instore design team guided the page design and styling, providing images and font recommendations. From this, we built the site to reflect the essence of their brand and developed new pages to help tell the Go Instore story more compellingly.
Previously, Go Instore had issues with the website going down sporadically, so we recommended they have a staging site to ensure they always have a backup and a safe place to make edits without impacting the live site.
The Go Instore team can now work intuitively within the WordPress CMS and respond rapidly to their dynamic marketplace publishing new content quickly and efficiently without the need for external support.
“Working with Ratio on our brand website has been brilliant. They helped us define our strategic approach and took our initial design ideas, and bought them to life. And, they gave us a website our team can actually manage and use with ease.”
